It has taken Casey some time to bounce back from his Ryder Cup faux pas when he managed to alienate himself from entire population of the USA. But the Englishman continues to make up for lost time and his confidence levels seem to be back where they should be judged on a really consistent 2006 campaign and his recent win at Gleneagles. It is fair to say that Casey has underperformed at the Open Championship having only broken 70 once on four visits to the Championship before going on to record a tie for 20th a Troon two years ago. Roared on this week like other home favourites Luke Donald and David Howell, Casey could be on the verge of a really big display.
