An extraordinary lapse on the final hole at Winged Foot scuppered Mickelson's Grand Slam chances as a double bogey saw the US Open title slip from his grasp and into the lap of Geoff Ogilvy. The left-hander looked distraught so his ability to bounce back from such a devastating blow will be one of the week's big talking points at Hoylake.
